RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns 

If you are trying to return the product, then you need to make sure that the item is less than 30 days from the calendar.

Check your product return eligibility here:

  • The product should be unused and in the same condition as when delivered.
  • The item should be in the original package.
  • A proof of purchase, or a product bill, is a mandate while returning.

Refunds 

Once we receive your product for return, our quality investigation specialists will notify you immediately, stating that your item for return has been received. Later, the product undergoes a thorough inspection, and if the product is eligible or ineligible for the refund, you will be informed of the same.

  • If your product is eligible for return, then a refund process will be initiated.
  • The initiated refund will be credited to the exact payment mode that you used while placing the order, i.e., credit or debit cards, net banking, or UPI.
  • Finally, the refund amount will be received in your respective payment account within 14 working days, or as per your banking facility and allowances.

If your product is not eligible for return, then we apologize; you will not receive any refund from us.

Shipping 

We would like to make sure that the shipping charges for the product you are returning will remain non-refundable.

So, whenever you return the product to us, you will be refunded the original price of the item, excluding shipping costs.

Disclaimer
